Position Overview

As a Medical Affairs Partner for Neuroscience - Multiple Sclerosis at Roche UK, you will be a key player in shaping and driving strategic initiatives within the Multiple Sclerosis therapy area, both at a local and global level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Multiple Sclerosis therapy area, ensuring alignment with Roche’s overall vision and goals.

  • Medical Expertise:
    Leverage your deep medical and scientific knowledge to support Roche's mission to improve patient outcomes, contributing to both local and global initiatives within Neuroscience.

  • Collaboration:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Multiple Sclerosis field, including healthcare professionals and scientific experts.

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
    Analyze clinical trial data and published scientific evidence to generate actionable insights that can inform decision-making and shape strategic direction.

  • Cross-functional Engagement:
    Collaborate with a variety of teams across the organization, including research, clinical development, and commercial functions, to advance Roche’s goals and improve the way we work.

  • Medical Education & Communication:
    Contribute to the development of medical education strategies and materials to ensure that scientific information is effectively communicated to external stakeholders.


Your Profile

  • Scientific & Medical Expertise:
    A strong scientific background, with extensive experience in medical affairs and expertise in Neuroscience, particularly in Multiple Sclerosis.

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a deep understanding of Multiple Sclerosis and its treatment landscape.

  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving collaboration across the organization.

  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Patient-Centric Focus:
    A strong passion for making a difference in patient outcomes, with a focus on improving healthcare through innovation and collaboration.

  • Global & Local Impact:
    Proven ability to lead initiatives that have a global impact while also considering local needs and regulatory requirements.
