Job Title: Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Division: FS-Sun

Job Objective:
The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun Pharma’s branded dermatology portfolio across targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions within the medical dermatology space. This role requires developing and executing a territory-specific business plan to achieve sales objectives while maintaining ethical and patient-focused standards. The manager will collaborate with commercial teams and field-based counterparts to drive product acceptance and deliver business impact in a competitive and complex access environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong communication skills and business acumen

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and drive results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  • 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience

  • Experience in high-science product promotion

  • Strong knowledge of Market Access dynamics

  • Prior product launch experience

  • Proven success in competitive sales environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve territory sales targets

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Field Reimbursement Managers, and other commercial partners

  • Maintain accurate call reporting and manage promotional budgets

  • Monitor CRM tools, analyze territory data, and identify actionable insights

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations

  • Serve as a trusted resource for dermatology stakeholders in the assigned region

Decision-Making Authority:

  • Operates within defined budgets and sales targets

  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager

  • Exercises autonomy in daily territory planning and physician engagement

Interpersonal Interactions:

  • Engages with internal teams at various levels and external stakeholders

  • Maintains tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in all interactions
