Job Responsibilities:
Review technology transfer documents from R&D and ensure effective assimilation and implementation by production personnel.
Plan and execute manufacturing activities in alignment with schedules and budgets, optimizing plant capacity usage.
Ensure consistent, high-quality production while maintaining efficient use of resources.
Coordinate with the engineering department for timely preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned equipment breakdowns.
Collaborate with Purchase and Planning departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
Ensure wastewater disposal complies with internal policies and environmental standards.
Develop and maintain a disciplined and well-trained workforce aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Introduce and implement innovative practices to boost productivity and improve work culture.
Adhere to cGMP standards in accordance with ICH guidelines applicable to the role.
Ensure GxP practices (including Good Documentation, Laboratory, Engineering, and Warehouse Practices) are followed at the site.
Oversee review processes for batch records, SOPs, and cGMP documentation. Investigate deviations, change controls, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) incidents.
Implement and enforce all safety protocols and practices rigorously.
Ensure HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies are conducted for risk-prone operations.
Monitor and control plant emissions within permitted limits.
Recommend and implement work permit systems such as hot work permits and vessel entry permits for user departments.
