Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Pricing Excellence will lead client engagements focused on improving operational pricing functions including processes, systems, tools, and organizational models. This individual will manage multidisciplinary teams, deliver strategic and operational solutions to pharmaceutical clients, and drive projects to enhance pricing maturity and operational excellence. They will also contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver pricing excellence solutions.

  • Engage directly with clients to gather insights and assess current pricing maturity.

  • Design and implement pricing processes, tools, and systems to drive operational efficiency.

  • Produce high-quality client deliverables, including presentations and data analyses.

  • Lead or contribute to proposal development, lead generation, and client relationship building.

  • Mentor consultants and analysts, providing feedback and supporting deliverable development.

  • Represent EVERSANA in industry forums, with opportunities for publishing and presenting thought leadership.

  • Work in alignment with EVERSANA’s cultural beliefs and values, emphasizing patient outcomes, accountability, and collaboration.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in operational consulting (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Deloitte).

  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering client-facing projects.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.

  • Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.

Preferred:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

  • Background in pricing, market access, or commercialization strategy.

  • Published thought leadership or participation in industry events.


Travel Requirement:
10–20% international travel
