The Opportunity

This role supports the Structural Heart (SH) Medical Affairs Division, managing Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS), medical programs, and cross-functional projects to deliver high-quality evidence and insights.


Key Responsibilities

Database & Reporting

  • Maintain and update ISS iEnvision database for dashboards and performance metrics.

  • Prepare ISS evidence lists for franchise CEGP meetings.

Budget & Planning

  • Collaborate with Finance on ISS budgets and LBE planning.

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting Medical Affairs operations.

Audit & Compliance

  • Oversee audit preparation and execution for Medical Affairs functions.

Global Advisory Boards

  • Plan and execute global advisory boards (agenda, logistics, vendor coordination).

Operational Support

  • Support MA office functions including grant processes and medical information.

Content Development

  • Coordinate/generate content with KOLs and MA for advisory boards, symposiums, workshops, and training.

Medical Expertise

  • Stay current with standards of care and respond to medical/scientific queries.

Event Monitoring

  • Develop and manage medical monitoring and adjudication processes for events (S5, trending).

Clinical Collaboration

  • Partner with Clinical and Safety teams for data safety monitoring and CEC adjudications.

Promotional & Training Review

  • Review promotional/advertising materials for accuracy and compliance.

  • Review training materials for medical and regulatory accuracy.


Required Qualifications

Clinical Expertise

  • 5+ years’ experience in Clinical Operations/Clinical Trials.

  • Strong scientific knowledge across Structural Heart products.

  • Familiarity with current research and medical literature.

Operational & Event Management

  • Proven experience managing ISS, grants, medical advisory boards, and scientific events.

  • Skilled in logistics and content development for medical programs.

Project Management

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in Medical Affairs.

  • Experience with project planning tools and timeline management.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable interacting across multiple organizational levels.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Project, SmartSheet, and Power BI.

  • Skilled in dashboard creation and performance metric reporting.


Compensation

  • Base Pay: $128,000 – $256,000 (location-specific ranges may apply).
