Role Overview
As the Global Labeling Team Manager based in Bangalore, you will lead a team of Global Labeling professionals, driving the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) labeling mission. You will guide daily operations focused on Labeling Life Cycle Management (LCM) and provide strategic labeling guidance for multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily labeling operations ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
Build team capabilities and implement new methodologies to improve onboarding, increase capacity, and agility.
Manage direct reports, including performance reviews, rewards, conflict resolution, and issue escalation.
Handle recruitment, resource allocation, workload management, and escalation resolution.
Develop and execute team development plans, supporting skill enhancement opportunities.
Provide input on succession planning to align team capabilities with organizational goals.
Champion and communicate organizational vision, values, and adherence to work practices.
Prepare reports summarizing team activities, operational highlights, and progress.

Over 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, specializing in global labeling and regulatory affairs.
Expert knowledge in Labeling Life Cycle Management (LCM) with strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills; adept at driving cross-functional initiatives for operational efficiency.
