Job Overview
Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. is seeking a qualified Senior Manager – Investigator & Physicians to support and oversee clinical study activities. The role involves evaluating study feasibility, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, coordinating with investigators and physicians, and managing safety monitoring during clinical trials.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all clinical study activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility assessments for various molecules based on sponsor requirements and review clinical study protocols.

  • Act as an Investigator to ensure strict adherence to protocol requirements, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and compliance checks during clinical trials.

  • Coordinate and supervise the study team to ensure clinical studies are conducted in accordance with established protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Interact with sponsors on medical and study-related matters and provide timely updates regarding study progress.

  • Communicate and coordinate with Institutional Ethics Committees (IEC) and relevant regulatory authorities for study approvals and updates.

  • Monitor and manage safety-related issues during clinical trials, including adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs).

  • Work closely with the study team to investigate, document, and resolve safety concerns during study conduct.

  • Contribute to the scientific development of the organization by supporting research initiatives and improving clinical processes.

  • Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with departmental systems, documentation standards, and SOPs.

Educational Qualification
MD in Pharmacology from a recognized institution.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ethical standards in clinical trials.

  • Experience in safety monitoring, adverse event management, and clinical documentation.

  • Effective leadership and team coordination abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
