Job Overview
The Senior Manager – Investigator & Physicians is responsible for leading clinical research activities with a focus on protocol feasibility, investigator oversight, and medical governance. This role requires strong expertise in clinical pharmacology, regulatory compliance, and safety monitoring, along with the ability to collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality study execution.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility assessments for clinical study molecules based on sponsor requirements and evaluate study protocols for scientific and regulatory alignment
Act as an Investigator to ensure strict adherence to protocol criteria, eligibility assessments, and compliance standards during clinical trial execution
Lead and supervise study teams to ensure compliance with protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements throughout study conduct
Collaborate with sponsors on medical and scientific discussions, providing expert input on study-related matters
Coordinate with Institutional Ethics Committees (IEC) and local regulatory authorities for approvals, updates, and compliance-related communications
Monitor, manage, and provide medical oversight for adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs), ensuring timely reporting and resolution
Handle safety-related concerns in coordination with cross-functional study teams to maintain participant safety and regulatory compliance
Contribute to the scientific advancement of the organization by supporting process improvements, research initiatives, and knowledge sharing
Maintain, review, and update departmental systems, documentation, and SOPs to ensure continuous compliance and operational excellence

Eligibility Criteria
MD in Pharmacology or equivalent medical qualification
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or clinical trial management

Key Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, regulatory guidelines, and ICH-GCP standards
Expertise in safety monitoring, adverse event management, and clinical pharmacology
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Leadership capabilities with experience in supervising clinical teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High level of attention to detail and commitment to compliance
