Job Summary:

The Senior Healthcare Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and generating sales in the assigned territory. The role involves meeting with Doctors (HCPs), conducting scientific programs, and ensuring the execution of company strategies to meet objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and scientific advancements in order to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and contribute to the success of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential healthcare professionals (HCPs), institutions, and medical professionals to generate new business opportunities in the assigned region (Chennai).

  • Scientific Programs: Organize and conduct scientific meetings and programs with HCPs to provide updates on scientific advancements, new product information, and research data.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions to enhance business partnerships and promote the company's offerings.

  • Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies and marketing plans designed by the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

  • Product Promotion: Act as a key promoter of the company's products by educating HCPs on the benefits, usage, and outcomes related to company offerings.

  • Compliance & Ethical Practices: Ensure that all activities, including meetings and promotional programs, adhere to the company's compliance guidelines, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Regularly report on market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales progress. Provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving business strategies.

  • Territory Management: Effectively manage the assigned territory and allocate resources to maximize business potential and meet sales targets.


Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, or any related field.

  • Post-Graduate Degree in Pharmaceuticals or Business Management (Preferred).

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven experience in meeting doctors and generating business within a designated territory.

  • Knowledge and experience in organizing and conducting scientific programs for healthcare professionals.

  • Familiarity with compliance requirements, medical ethics, and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.

  • Experience in working with field-based roles and remote management.

  • Strong understanding of scientific advancements and the ability to communicate them effectively to healthcare professionals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing relationships.
