### **Your Role**
- **Medical Content Development:** Independently and collaboratively create **scientific and medical content** for various audiences, including **publications, congress materials, and educational resources**.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work with global medical units to ensure high-quality, scientifically accurate content.
- **Process Improvement:** Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing medical communication strategies.
### **What You’ll Need**
- **Experience:**
- **3+ years** for **Senior Scientific Writer**.
- **5+ years** for **Expert Scientific Writer**.
- Prior work in **medical communications, medical affairs, or clinical research** in **Pharma/Biotech/Agency** settings.
- **Education:** Advanced degree in **science, medicine, or a related field**.
- **Therapeutic Expertise:** Experience in at least one of our key therapy areas (**Oncology, Neurology & Immunology, Fertility, Cardio-metabolic, Endocrinology**).
- **Skills:**
- Strong **scientific writing and analytical abilities**.
- Ability to handle multiple content types and meet tight deadlines.
- **Excellent verbal and written English communication**.
- Awareness of **emerging trends in scientific communications**.
