### **Your Role**
- **Quality Control & Analysis**
- Conduct **sampling, analysis, and retesting** within the defined **turnaround time (TAT)**.
- Ensure **compliance with KPIs** and maintain a **first-time-right approach** to analysis.
- Perform **data trending, documentation, and reporting** as per guidelines.
- Investigate **quality complaints, OOS (Out of Specification) cases, deviations, and QMS-related issues**.
- **Equipment & Process Management**
- Maintain **analytical instruments and logbooks**, ensuring **smooth lab operations**.
- Provide input on **CAPEX, vendor communications, and procurement** for lab equipment.
- Implement **Kaizen initiatives** to enhance **efficiency, safety, and cost reduction**.
- Ensure **batch releases** are conducted **on time** for all stakeholders.
- **Compliance & Audits**
- Ensure adherence to **Quality Management System (QMS)** and **regulatory standards**.
- Represent the **QC department in internal & external audits**, ensuring timely CAPA implementation.
- Provide timely responses to **customers, stakeholders, and authorities** regarding QC matters.
- **Training & Team Management**
- Participate in **trainings and knowledge-sharing initiatives**.
- Plan **manpower and resource allocation**, including **hiring and onboarding** of QC personnel.
### **What You’ll Need**
- **Education:**
- **PhD (Freshers welcome)** OR
- **5–8 years** of experience in **Quality Control (QC) or Analytical R&D**.
- **Skills & Experience:**
- Strong knowledge of **analytical techniques, data analysis, and QMS compliance**.
- Experience in handling **CAPA, audits, and batch release processes**.
- Ability to **troubleshoot analytical challenges** and implement **continuous improvements**.
