Job Overview

Omega Healthcare is hiring a Senior Executive – HR Shared Services (Onboarding) to lead and manage end-to-end onboarding operations within the HR Shared Services function. This role is critical in delivering a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for new hires across multiple locations and high-volume environments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operations expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve onboarding processes and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Operations

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

  • Manage onboarding workflows across multiple locations and business units.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing queries professionally and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities, and business stakeholders to align onboarding with workforce planning and organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely system access, documentation, and readiness.

Team Leadership & Support

  • Mentor, guide, and support junior onboarding executives to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Promote standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Track onboarding metrics and prepare MIS reports to support compliance, audits, and leadership decision-making.

  • Maintain accurate employee onboarding records in HRIS and related systems.

  • Ensure onboarding policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated in line with organizational standards.

Process Improvement & Employee Experience

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in onboarding processes and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Implement improvements to strengthen employee engagement and first-day experience.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR Shared Services and onboarding operations.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, onboarding tools, and HR data management.

  • Expertise in employee engagement, HR policies, and operational excellence.

  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, onboarding, or HR operations roles, preferably in high-volume or multi-location environments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Certifications: Not mandatory.
