Role Overview:
The Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing day-to-day AR operations, including denials processing, claims follow-up, and client communication. This role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare billing processes, denial management, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for US healthcare providers, physicians, and hospitals.

  • Handle denials, claim rejections, and Letters of Authorization (LOA), making necessary corrections to claims.

  • Contact insurance carriers to resolve claim issues and document all actions in billing summary notes.

  • Review and respond to client emails and updates related to claims processing.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution.

  • Maintain production logs and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Understand client requirements and project specifications to deliver accurate results.

  • Ensure daily and monthly collection targets are achieved.

  • Prepare and maintain status reports, highlighting pending claims and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of US healthcare billing and accounts receivable processes.

  • Proficiency in denial management and AR follow-up calls.

  • Experience with CRM systems, MIS reporting, and vendor management.

  • Strong communication skills for client and insurance interactions.

  • Ability to work closely with team leaders and cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.

  • Attention to detail, process improvement orientation, and accountability in meeting targets.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in US healthcare AR/BPO or medical billing operations.

  • Hands-on experience in AR calling, denial management, claims corrections, and insurance coordination (6 months to 3 years for relevant AR calling exposure).
