About the Role
ICON plc, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is hiring a Senior Clinical System Designer to drive innovation in clinical systems design and execution. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of clinical systems aligned with study protocols and operational objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process innovation and system enhancement
Manage system configuration, integration, and testing to ensure a seamless user experience
Provide strategic direction on new technology implementations and clinical systems best practices
Keep up with industry trends to drive continuous improvements in clinical technology
Candidate Profile
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Significant experience in clinical systems design and implementation
Proven leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment
Proficiency in clinical data management systems and strong data analysis capabilities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong focus on compliance and quality assurance in clinical systems
