  • Meeting & Event Management: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging travel.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, including grant preparation and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma and at least 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Public Interaction: Proven experience interacting with the public.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.
  • Medical Knowledge: Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, particularly for working with patients and a healthcare team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical setting is a plus.
