Senior Associate – LIMS Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a proactive mindset to support innovation in the R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This role is essential to driving transformative solutions that contribute to improved healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain LIMS applications to support laboratory workflows and data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze enhancement requirements.
Design and implement scalable, efficient software solutions tailored to project goals.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within LIMS applications.
Provide technical support and resolve LIMS-related issues effectively.
Conduct code reviews, promoting adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).
Stay informed on industry trends and apply emerging technologies to improve LIMS systems.
Work closely with R&D Preclinical and Clinical teams to address domain-specific needs.
Develop and maintain technical and user documentation for LIMS applications.
Mentor junior developers in LIMS tools, coding standards, and processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement in development methodologies and internal processes.
Qualifications:
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in LIMS development.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools for LIMS solutions.
Strong experience in R&D Preclinical or Clinical environments.
Demonstrated success in building scalable and high-performance software systems.
Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
Certifications Required:
Certified LIMS Professional (CLP)
Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
