Job Overview:
The Senior Executive – Granulation will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and holding of drug products in accordance with defined and approved procedures. This role ensures compliance with cGMP standards, documentation accuracy, equipment qualification, and team training for smooth and efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production & Supervision
Supervise manufacturing, processing, packaging, and holding of drug products for stability and commercial batches.
Ensure operations are performed as per approved procedures and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
Manage material movement in compliance with BMR/BPR procedures.
2. Equipment & Area Maintenance
Maintain production areas and equipment in an orderly, cGMP-compliant and sanitized condition.
Coordinate and support IQ/OQ (Installation & Operational Qualification) for new equipment/systems.
Perform PQ (Performance Qualification) for new equipment/systems.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Perform online documentation as per departmental SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Review, execute, and implement:
Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
Batch Packaging Records (BPRs)
Process Study Protocols & Reports
Other relevant documents
Ensure adherence to SOPs for daily operations, cleaning, and safety.
4. Training & Team Management
Provide training on operation and cleaning SOPs to subordinates and operators.
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules and departmental general instructions.
Perform other assigned tasks as per HOD’s guidance and operational needs.
Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
🧠 Experience: Minimum 7 years in Granulation
