Key Responsibilities:

Systems and Technical Knowledge:

  • Implement CAP (Corrective Action Plans).

  • Communicate with the team to provide relevant updates or clarifications.

  • Maintain and document QA plans for respective projects.

Project and Operations Management:

  • Manage work assignments and QA data validation.

  • Monitor project-specific QA production.

  • Conduct orientation for new QAs.

  • Manage risk and ensure timely updates.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly Quality Progress Reports.

  • Review and follow up on all feedback emails.

  • Oversee people management, including leave management and approvals.

  • Ensure completion of performance appraisals.

Special Projects:

  • May lead or participate in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed.

Security Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of compliance awareness training for team members.

  • Review and update the Risk Register, obtaining necessary approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Information Security Management System (ISMS) objectives.

  • Prevent the sharing of passwords, saving of PHI data, or sending PHI data via email.

  • Ensure systems are locked when not in use.


Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in handling large teams (30-40 members) in Quality Assurance/Control.

  • Any graduate/postgraduate.

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
