Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Support development of HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) plans aligned with Medical Plan of Action

  • Conduct and manage various HEOR studies including:

    • Cost-of-illness and cost-effectiveness evaluations

    • Economic modeling

    • Prospective and retrospective studies

    • Patient-reported outcomes (PRO) research

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Medical, Commercial, Market Access) to strengthen value and reimbursement strategies

  • Engage with HTA (Health Technology Assessment) agencies and payer stakeholders in Asia

  • Prepare and communicate HEOR deliverables for stakeholders (e.g., dossiers, publications, Congress abstracts)

  • Monitor advances in HEOR methodologies and incorporate best practices

  • Contribute to real-world data strategies, including comparative effectiveness studies

  • Provide support during advisory boards, conferences, and field resource deployment

  • Adhere to pharmaceutical codes, OIG guidelines, and internal compliance standards

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong HEOR methodology knowledge: cost-effectiveness, utility analysis, database analytics, PRO development

  • Skilled in drafting HEOR deliverables for regulatory and publication purposes

  • Expertise in Asian healthcare systems and payer processes

  • Effective scientific communicator and collaborator with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Understanding of disease management (Hepatitis preferred)


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MS preferred)

  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • 2+ years in HEOR roles

  • Prior experience in Asian HEOR studies or dossier development

  • Excellent project management, writing, and communication skills


Preferred Experience:

  • HEOR work related to Hepatitis

  • Strong understanding of Asian healthcare landscape and HTA decision-making
