About the Job

Our Team:

Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal resource organization based in India, designed to centralize processes and activities that support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH aims to be a strategic partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Utilize statistical, analytical, and data management skills to analyze pre-existing data, collaborating with colleagues in health economics and value assessment (HEVA), medical affairs, business operations & strategy (BO&S), and commercial product teams.

  • Collaboration: Work with the RWE group in the Chief Digital Office to maintain Sanofi’s data assets through primary data collection, secondary data licensing, and de-identified clinical trial data.

  • Project Execution: Conduct analyses defined as “Conventional Projects” to provide insights for internal decisions, including:

    • Characterizing disease epidemiology based on diagnostic and treatment codes.
    • Assessing study feasibility based on available patient populations.
    • Performing descriptive cohort analyses with limited outcomes.
  • Tool Mastery: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sanofi’s suite of digital tools and platforms to effectively execute analyses.

  • Data Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of Sanofi data assets through primary data collection and integration of secondary data sources.

  • Customer Focus: Deliver accurate and timely results, responding effectively to end-user needs.

  • Request Management: Prioritize and manage all requests received in the centralized mailbox based on business needs.

About You

  • Experience: 5-7 years in analyzing secondary patient data sources (e.g., electronic medical records, administrative claims). Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization frameworks (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy), and familiarity with RWE platforms like AETION and PANALGO.

  • Soft Skills: Strong interactive communication skills, proven teamwork and collaboration abilities, rapid response analytics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in R, SQL, SAS, Python, and/or PySpark, with experience in claims data analysis.

  • Education: BA/BS or MS/PhD in mathematics, statistics/biostatistics, statistical programming, observational research, epidemiology, health economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
