Role Overview:

As a Medical Information Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Safety Support: Act as a point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, providing crucial medical information regarding various therapeutic areas like Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Inflammation, HIV, and Oncology.

  • Medical Inquiries: Handle calls, emails, and faxes regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries.

  • Team Collaboration: Build strong communication within the safety team, offering regular feedback on project metrics and efficiency improvements.

  • Training: Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise and contribute to new initiatives aimed at process improvements.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science field.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 minimum) and French (native/C2 level). Proficiency in an additional language such as Italian or German is required (C1 minimum).

  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and build professional relationships with internal teams and clients.
