Role Overview
As Global Labeling Team Manager, you will:
Lead a team of Global Labeling colleagues in Bangalore.
Drive the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) labeling mission.
Provide strategic guidance on Labeling Life Cycle Management (LCM).
Ensure operational excellence and compliance in labeling activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily labeling operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
Act as primary contact for stakeholders; facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
Build team capabilities by implementing new methodologies and onboarding processes.
Manage direct reports: performance, recognition, complaints, and issue resolution.
Oversee recruitment, resource allocation, workload management, and escalation handling.
Develop team growth and succession plans aligned with organizational needs.
Champion organizational vision, values, and work practices.
Prepare reports summarizing team activities, operational highlights, and progress.
