Role Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Risk Assurance, the Risk Assurance Senior Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with third-party suppliers. This role ensures that supplier relationships remain sustainable and aligned with Sanofi’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Risk Assessment

  • Conduct vendor risk assessments to ensure alignment with internal risk and security policies.

  • Regularly review vendor performance and risk exposure.

  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams on risk-related issues.

2. Compliance

  • Drive adherence to controls across the end-to-end Procurement lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Reporting & Data Visualization

  • Develop dashboards and reports for TPRM processes, supplier risk factors, compliance metrics, and KPIs.

  • Tools preferred: Power BI, COUPA Analytics.

4. Collaboration

  • Work with Procurement, GBUs, and Risk Domain Experts to embed risk management practices into supplier lifecycle management.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance risk management processes.

  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.


About You (Candidate Profile):

Experience

  • 3+ years in Third Party Risk Management and due diligence.

  • Hands-on experience with risk management tools: CRA, Ariba, One Trust.

  • Knowledge of frameworks: ISO 27001, GDPR.

  • Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences preferred.

  • Familiarity with procurement processes and category management.

  • Exposure to global/international environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced data visualization and dashboarding skills.

  • Ability to interpret and assess security-related contract clauses.

  • Effective communicator; able to explain complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborative team player with a global mindset.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
