🎯 Job Overview:

Fortrea is hiring Call Center Representatives to recruit volunteer participants for Phase 1 normal healthy volunteer studies.

Positions are available as full-time, part-time, and on-call.

Training: On-site in the Dallas clinic, 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CDT.

The role involves handling inquiries, scheduling screenings, and maintaining accurate participant records.


💼 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Participant Communication & Recruitment

  • Receive and place calls to potential study participants.

  • Communicate study information clearly and accurately.

  • Phone screen participants according to provided scripts.

  • Schedule and confirm screening appointments for qualified participants.

  • Respond to participant inquiries via the Fortrea CRU email account, as needed.

🔹 Data Management & Coordination

  • Enter medical history and demographic information into a computerized database.

  • Liaise with the screening department to coordinate participant information.

  • Make recommendations for process improvement.

🔹 Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Education: USA High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or call center environment.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods.

  • Must work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

  • Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
