Job Summary:

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories invites applications for the position of Regional Medical Advisor – Pharmacovigilance in Delhi. This crucial role serves as the primary scientific face of the organization for key thought leaders in the therapeutic area. The ideal candidate will handle strategic medical affairs planning, engage healthcare professionals, drive medical education initiatives, and contribute to clinical evidence generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, profile, and engage key thought leaders (KTLs) across relevant therapeutic areas.

  • Execute strategic medical affairs plans including medical education, product training, advisory boards, and evidence generation.

  • Act as a scientific expert, sharing disease trends and research insights with healthcare professionals.

  • Represent the organization in scientific forums, conferences, and internal stakeholder meetings.

  • Collect insights from KTLs and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Review and approve medical education and promotional materials ensuring compliance.

  • Collaborate on meta-analyses, case studies, and outcomes research for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

  • Handle complex queries from healthcare professionals about company products and therapeutic areas.

  • Ensure all activities align with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics and compliance guidelines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBBS with a full-time postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years) in medicine or MBBS with MBA.

  • 0–2 years of experience in Field Medical Affairs (fresh postgraduates may apply).

  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies, scientific data interpretation, and therapeutic area expertise.

  • Familiarity with Indian healthcare regulations (MCI Code of Ethics, UCPMP, Drugs & Cosmetics Act).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and scientific acumen.

  • Adaptable, performance-driven, and integrity-focused.
