Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Job Description:

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of analytical tests to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished products. This role involves using advanced analytical instruments and equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, pH meter, and others to perform critical quality control assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis using various instruments including Analytical BalanceMicrobalancepH meterConductivity meterKF titratorAutotitratorHalogen Moisture analyzerUV-Vis spectrometerIR spectrometer, and Hot Air Oven.
  • Conduct HPLC and GC instrumental analysis to assess product quality.
  • Release Raw MaterialsPackaging MaterialsIn-Process IntermediatesBulk, and Finished Productsaccording to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Perform SAP and Labware LIMS activities, including preparation, review, and approval of LIMS masters.
  • Address LIMS tickets and resolve Audit Trails observations to ensure closure.
  • Report and investigate on-line incidentsOut of Specification (OOS), and Out of Trend (OOT) results as per prescribed formats and SOPs, working closely with the QA team and immediate supervisor to determine root causes.

Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. in Chemistry or a related field.
