Job Summary

The Quality Auditing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of digital marketing solutions, software applications, and marketing operations processes. The role involves conducting functional, UI, accessibility, web, and campaign testing, identifying defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong software testing expertise, analytical thinking, and attention to detail while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital and marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Execute quality assurance activities across web applications, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and accessibility testing.

  • Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet end-user expectations.

  • Review deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

  • Identify, document, and track software defects through defect management tools.

  • Verify bug fixes and conduct retesting activities.


Web & Digital Testing

  • Test web applications across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.

  • Perform testing on:

    • Desktop applications

    • Mobile devices

    • Tablets

    • Responsive web platforms

  • Validate website functionality on:

    • iOS devices

    • Android devices

  • Ensure consistent user experience across platforms and environments.


Marketing Operations Quality Support

  • Support quality assurance activities related to digital marketing and campaign execution.

  • Review email campaigns and marketing assets for functionality and quality compliance.

  • Validate marketing workflows and operational processes.

  • Ensure marketing deliverables align with client and business requirements.


Defect Management & Documentation

  • Identify software defects and quality issues.

  • Create detailed defect reports with supporting evidence and reproduction steps.

  • Maintain testing documentation, test cases, and execution reports.

  • Track defect lifecycle and collaborate with development teams for resolution.


Quality Management & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation and adherence to quality frameworks and standards.

  • Participate in quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and QA practices.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders.

  • Participate in requirement reviews and testing discussions.

  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality concerns effectively.

  • Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and delivery timelines.


Educational Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in:

    • B.Sc (Information Technology or Computer Science)

    • BCA

    • B.E./B.Tech

    • Any relevant IT-related discipline

Preferred

  • Certifications such as:

    • ISTQB Foundation Level or Advanced Level

    • Digital Marketing Certifications

    • Software Testing Certifications


Experience Requirements

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in:

    • Software Testing

    • Quality Assurance

    • Web Application Testing

    • Digital Quality Auditing

Preferred

  • Experience in Email Campaign Testing.

  • Experience with Salesforce Testing.

  • Exposure to Digital Marketing Operations.

  • Experience in Accessibility Testing and Cross-Platform Testing.
