Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Product Release Analyst is responsible for performing quality review functions to ensure that all raw materials and finished goods meet internal specifications and compliance requirements. This role contributes directly to operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and product quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Verify that raw materials and finished goods comply with analytical, performance, packaging, and labeling specifications.
Review supplier documentation, including Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Analysis.
Prepare customer-facing quality documents such as Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Origin.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of production and packaging batch records.
Provide real-time, on-the-floor quality review of product labels and production documentation.
Experience Required
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet ONE of the following pathways:
Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field)
OR
Option 2:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management systems (QMS) or GMP-regulated production environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $24.00 – $43.00
Actual compensation will depend on experience, location, skills, and other job-related factors. This role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
