Job Title: Quality Specialist – QMS

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and progress quality issues within the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Monitor and track the timeliness of cases in the QMS.

  • Assist teams in the creation and management of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of QMS processes and procedures.

  • Communicate and escalate quality issues to QA Lead Manager and higher management as needed, including client notifications.

  • Support QA Lead Manager and above in pulling metric data, trending, and tracking Quality Improvements (QI).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred, or equivalent experience in Life Sciences.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a regulatory environment, including GxP roles.

  • Strong understanding of QMS and CAPA processes.

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Laboratory/Manufacturing Practices (GxP).

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills for conveying quality issue details internally and to clients where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant and equivalent experience may be considered in place of educational requirements.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Office-based with hybrid flexibility, as directed by line manager.

  • Travel may be required.
