Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for assigned projects

    • Ensure efficient distribution of tasks and oversee workflow processes

    • Ensure effective cooperation with clients in ICSR management

    • Contribute to achieving company goals and objectives

  • Line Management and Support:

    • Manage and provide support to assigned ICSR staff

    • Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for ICSR activities

    • Propose process changes and optimize ICSR procedures

    • Support and manage ICSR deviations in collaboration with the ICSR Operational Lead

  • Quality Control and Process Management:

    • Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases

    • Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy

    • Support other departments as directed by ICSR Operational Lead


Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Life science graduate (Pharmacy, Nursing, or other healthcare-related qualifications)

    • Experience in pharmacovigilance

  • Experience:

    • Strong previous experience in pharmacovigilance, ideally within a CRO environment

    • Previous line management experience

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Strong organizational, delegation, and multitasking skills

    • Planning and time management expertise

    • Strong technical skills and team-working abilities

    • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
