Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for assigned projects
Ensure efficient distribution of tasks and oversee workflow processes
Ensure effective cooperation with clients in ICSR management
Contribute to achieving company goals and objectives
Line Management and Support:
Manage and provide support to assigned ICSR staff
Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for ICSR activities
Propose process changes and optimize ICSR procedures
Support and manage ICSR deviations in collaboration with the ICSR Operational Lead
Quality Control and Process Management:
Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
Support other departments as directed by ICSR Operational Lead
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Life science graduate (Pharmacy, Nursing, or other healthcare-related qualifications)
Experience in pharmacovigilance
Experience:
Strong previous experience in pharmacovigilance, ideally within a CRO environment
Previous line management experience
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational, delegation, and multitasking skills
Planning and time management expertise
Strong technical skills and team-working abilities
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
