Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a wide variety of case processing services with full accountability

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources (post-marketing, clinical trials, including device and combination products) per regulatory requirements, client-specific standards, and timelines

  • Manage SAE/SUSAR activities independently including submissions, unblinding, and clinical trial reconciliations

  • Prepare database outputs for periodic safety reports (PBRER, DSUR, PADER, etc.)

  • Mentor and train junior staff, including optimization and development of procedures

  • Participate as a core member of clinical and post-marketing teams across various project sizes


Required Qualifications:

  • Life science or biomedical background – degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science, or a related field

  • Several years of demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance case processing

  • Strong organizational skills, time and issue management, and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken
