Job Description:
We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in pharmacovigilance. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. You will work as part of a project team, supporting pharmacovigilance activities for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and acknowledge safety messages, track, and file Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with applicable regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures, and client requirements.
  • Submit and track periodic reports.
  • Maintain archives and prepare documents’ final layout.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written (at least B2 level).
  • Administrative experience and strong IT skills (MS Office) are desirable.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
