Job Title: Proposal Budget and Contracts Associate

Job Description:

The Proposal Budget and Contracts Associate (PBC Associate) is responsible for the development and preparation of proposals, budgets, and contracts for new business. This role involves ensuring high-quality and timely submission of proposals and contracts, while working closely with the Business Development team and Project Managers to meet client deadlines and expectations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a clinical or life sciences-related field, or relevant qualifications in allied professions.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working directly with clients is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Develop Proposals:

  • Prepare high-quality proposals and presentation materials.
  • Edit and draft content to ensure consistency and readability, aligning with Novotech's branding guidelines.
  • Ensure proposal templates remain up-to-date, compliant, and visually appealing.
  • Research and compile relevant statistics and company information for proposals.

Develop Budgets:

  • Create budgets for projects based on client specifications and timelines.
  • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations and prepare budget elements, such as client mapping.

Develop Contracts:

  • Prepare and execute all new client contracts, ensuring alignment with Novotech's Contract Review SOP.
  • Incorporate relevant budget details into contracts and follow the Start-Up Work Authorization process for project handover.

Vendor Liaison:

  • Obtain vendor quotes based on project protocols and engage with the Operations team when necessary.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all communication with external parties reflects Novotech’s positive image.
  • Attend calls with internal teams and clients for opportunity document development.
  • Maintain opportunity and contract records in Salesforce and SharePoint.
