As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the success of clinical trials managed by Innovaderm. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing the completion of trial deliverables on time, within budget, and as expected. With a focus on multisite trials and Global Phase III projects, this role offers excellent career growth within a mid-sized CRO.

🌟 Responsibilities

  • Client Interactions:
    • Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor and provide efficient, timely updates on trial progress.
    • Lead client calls and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project Planning:
    • Oversee and actively participate in preparing project deliverables like study plans, protocol, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports.
    • Ensure study sites have the necessary materials and resources to carry out the study efficiently.
  • Quality and Risk Management:
    • Ensure assigned studies are always “audit-ready.”
    • Monitor the quality of study deliverables and manage risks to ensure project quality.
    • Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results and address issues as they arise.
  • Project Budget and Timelines:
    • Manage the project budget, focusing on internal hours and identifying out-of-scope activities for change orders.
    • Proactively manage operational aspects, including trial timelines, budget, resources, and vendors.
    • Communicate effectively with the study team, functional departments, and senior management.
    • Manage recruitment status and take necessary actions to meet recruitment timelines.
  • Project Team Leadership:
    • Lead the core project team, ensuring adequate training for team members.
    • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure all tasks are completed on time, in accordance with plans and applicable standards.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years of leading multi-center clinical trials (Phase II-III).
    • Experience managing concurrent multi-centered clinical trials with budgets exceeding $3M USD.
    • Experience in managing dermatology trials is an asset.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH standards, FDA, and local country regulations.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
    • Fluency in English (oral and written); additional languages are an asset.
    • Good problem-solving abilities and a strong ability to work under pressure while meeting timelines.
