About the Team:

Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) in India is an internal resource center supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. MedHub, a key part of SGH, provides strategic and tactical support to Medical, HEVA (Health Economics & Value Assessment), and Commercial organizations globally.


Main Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with HEVA senior directors, TA leads, eBuy managers, finance, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage planning, budgeting, contracting, and tracking activities.

  • Conduct regular budget reviews and maintain therapeutic area (TA) project trackers.

  • Coordinate with ITA teams for external activities and stakeholder honoraria processing.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Support contract development, SOW finalization, PO generation, and vendor onboarding.

  • Follow-up on pending contracts, training, renewals, invoices, and year-end financial reconciliation.

Project Management

  • Provide end-to-end support for HEVA and scientific writing projects, including scheduling, risk tracking, submission revisions, and meeting coordination.

  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of publications, medical education materials, and HEVA deliverables.

  • Maintain trackers (Smartsheet, DataVision, etc.) and ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.

Operational & Compliance Support

  • Manage compliance through tools like PromoMats, NAYA, and support for activities through systems like Datavision, Matrix, RightFind, Ebuy, and PrismAccess.

  • Track editorial and quality control requests, oversee adherence to publication timelines, and support sourcing and procurement of scientific literature.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with scientific communication teams, medical content teams, and external experts to facilitate smooth project delivery.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and ensure consistent performance standards.

Team Support

  • Actively support and mentor MedHub associates.

  • Engage in operational excellence projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


About You:

Experience

  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Project management experience is essential; experience in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with scientific/medical writing, publication management, and project coordination in healthcare/pharma domains.

Education

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline; or a Medical degree.

Languages

  • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
