Job Summary:

Cognizant is seeking a dedicated Process Executive - CDM/PV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel, along with experience in customer management and complaint management. This role requires adaptability to rotational shifts in a hybrid work model and focuses on ensuring efficient process execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee customer management processes, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Provide support in complaint management, addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall workflow.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks performed.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in process execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management review.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Nice to have experience in customer management to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Nice to have experience in complaint management to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Certifications Required:

  • MS Excel Certification
  • Customer Service Certification
