Phlebotomist
Location: Patient Service Center or Client Office
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth as you provide skilled specimen collection and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screenings, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Accurately perform data entry of patient information.
Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
Prepare and handle specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain detailed logs for patient and specimen information.
Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
Travel to additional locations as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
Previous experience as a phlebotomist (required).
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
Flexibility to work overtime as required.
Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
