Core Purpose of the Role

The Lead – Technical Training is responsible for identifying training needs, developing educational curricula and materials, and increasing trainees' engagement in learning sessions. The role requires expertise in Electronic Learning Management Systems (LMS), modern educational technology, and corporate training coordination.

The objective is to ensure employees develop their technical skills and knowledge, thereby improving their performance and contributing to organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development & Delivery

  • Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses.
  • Develop technical training courses for all proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
  • Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops, classroom-style training, and online sessions.
  • Schedule and manage in-house educational programs using e-learning platforms.

Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure employee performance improvements as part of training effectiveness evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and instructors to enhance the training process.
  • Recommend improvements and adapt training programs based on evolving business needs.

Compliance & Learning Technology

  • Maintain expertise in web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company training policies, data integrity, and industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on emerging learning technologies and implement best practices.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple language.
  • Additional certifications in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) are a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in technical training, corporate learning & development, or a related field.
