Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Master of Pharmacy


Years of Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems using established procedures

  • Interact with peers before escalating to supervisors

  • Receive moderate instruction on daily activities and detailed guidance on new tasks

  • Decisions made will affect own tasks and may influence the broader team's workflow

  • Perform individual contributor tasks within a defined scope of work

  • Execute tasks such as case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, processing, submission, and follow-up for ICSRs in line with client protocols and global regulatory requirements

  • Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile safety reports

  • Handle both serious and non-serious case follow-ups in written communication

  • Support Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory operations as part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical

  • Role may require working in rotational shifts
