Pharmacovigilance Operations – Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance
Vertical: Life Sciences R&D
You will be aligned with the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory sub-vertical, helping leading biopharma companies enhance patient outcomes by combining scientific expertise with real-world insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox for incoming safety data.
Perform reconciliation of reports per process.
Conduct written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious Adverse Events.
Execute:
Case identification
Data entry
MedDRA coding
Case processing
Submission and follow-up of ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports)
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
What Are We Looking For?
Designation: Drug Safety Associate
Strong interest and/or experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety
Understanding of ICSR workflows and regulatory compliance
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solve routine problems using standard guidelines and prior knowledge.
Collaborate within your team and report to your direct supervisor.
Follow detailed to moderate instructions for day-to-day tasks.
Your decisions will primarily impact your own work scope.
You’ll be an individual contributor with a focused task scope.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Work Environment:
Collaborative, team-based setting with potential for rotational shifts.
Exposure to end-to-end pharmacovigilance case handling processes.
Focused on patient safety, data integrity, and compliance.
