Business Function:

Pharmacovigilance Operations – Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance
Vertical: Life Sciences R&D

You will be aligned with the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory sub-vertical, helping leading biopharma companies enhance patient outcomes by combining scientific expertise with real-world insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox for incoming safety data.

  • Perform reconciliation of reports per process.

  • Conduct written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious Adverse Events.

  • Execute:

    • Case identification

    • Data entry

    • MedDRA coding

    • Case processing

    • Submission and follow-up of ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports)

  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.


What Are We Looking For?

  • Designation: Drug Safety Associate

  • Strong interest and/or experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety

  • Understanding of ICSR workflows and regulatory compliance

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Solve routine problems using standard guidelines and prior knowledge.

  • Collaborate within your team and report to your direct supervisor.

  • Follow detailed to moderate instructions for day-to-day tasks.

  • Your decisions will primarily impact your own work scope.

  • You’ll be an individual contributor with a focused task scope.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
