Pharmacovigilance Assistant I – ICON plc – Manila

Job Summary:

This entry-level role plays a vital part in supporting safety data collection and regulatory compliance related to clinical trials and marketed products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support collection and review of adverse event reports from clinical trials and marketed drugs

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into pharmacovigilance systems

  • Assist in preparing and submitting safety reports to regulatory bodies and sponsors

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance guidelines

  • Maintain organized documentation related to safety reporting activities


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and regulatory frameworks

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
