Position Overview

The Associate – Quality Systems supports the management and control of GMP documents and records within Pfizer Global Supply. The role ensures compliance with enterprise documentation standards and supports quality systems through effective document management processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Issue, retrieve, archive, and control GMP documents/records and DSMs using manual and electronic systems.

  • Maintain active record centers and manage shred bin processes.

  • Upload IA templates into CICR and ensure compliance with the Enterprise Records Retention Schedule (ERRS).

  • Map and track locations of archived documents/records.

  • Ensure accessibility of documents/records and manage disposal as per retention requirements.

  • Verify metadata and scanned images, mapping documents/records to DMS applications or shared drives.

  • Implement and maintain documentation systems, propose change control processes, and coordinate reviews of procedures and forms.

  • Support Quality Systems functions and oversee documentation control and administrative tasks within the DMS repository.


Minimum Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1–2 years of experience OR

    • Diploma with 5+ years of experience

  • Knowledge of document management and control processes

  • Effective communication skills
