Job Title:
Payment Support Specialist – Hybrid (Hyderabad, India)
Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Payment Support Specialist for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India. This position supports clinical trial financial operations, including reviewing Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), managing payment discrepancies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining documentation compliance. Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in EDC or Data Management, this role offers an excellent entry point into the pharma clinical operations space.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and amendments to ensure payment accuracy
Identify and escalate discrepancies in payment-related documents
Participate in meetings and maintain action items for internal/external stakeholders
Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, AP/AR, and site contracts teams
Maintain effective communication and update leadership and CRAs on site/study status
Ensure proper archiving of clinical documentation per regulatory guidelines
Support audit preparation and quality assurance processes
Work within sponsor systems and applications as per project requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in EDC or clinical data management
Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Nursing
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel (up to 5% preferred)
High proficiency in English
