As a Phlebotomist at Labcorp, you’ll deliver exceptional patient care, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our organization.
This role offers hands-on clinical experience, opportunities for career growth, and participation in Labcorp’s PST Incentive Plan (quarterly bonus based on performance).
🕒 Work Schedule
Hours: 20 hours per week
Days: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🧭 Key Responsibilities
🩸 Specimen Collection
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients across all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity testing, and alcohol testing
💻 Data & Record Management
Enter patient information accurately and on time
Maintain patient and specimen logs
Process billing information and collect payments when required
🧪 Laboratory Preparation
Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
Ensure proper labeling and documentation
💬 Customer Service & Administration
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Perform clerical duties as needed
Travel to additional collection sites when required
🎓 Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
Experience: Prior phlebotomy experience required

Proven customer service excellence
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with minimal supervision
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
Ability to work overtime when needed
Must pass a standardized color blindness test
