Job Overview
Troikaa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Officer – Medical Services Research to support medical research, medico-marketing activities, and new product evaluation. The role involves clinical and non-clinical literature review, scientific assessment of marketing materials, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support product development and commercialization strategies.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong foundation in pharmacology, clinical research, and medical writing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical and non-clinical literature searches to generate scientific insights for medico-marketing and product strategy
Track and monitor global regulatory approvals to identify opportunities for Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS)
Support new product ideation through scientific analysis, comparative clinical evaluation, and preparation of medical justifications
Provide scientific and medical support to internal stakeholders across marketing, R&D, and business teams
Review marketing and promotional materials for medical accuracy and regulatory compliance
Respond to medical and scientific queries raised by the marketing department
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the department or section head
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: M.Pharm in any specialization
Experience: 0–4 years of experience in medical services, clinical research, medico-marketing, or pharmaceutical R&D
Strong understanding of pharmacology and clinical research methodologies
Ability to interpret scientific literature and regulatory information
Good written and verbal communication skills
