About the Role
Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Officer – Analytical R&D to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of laboratory instruments and analytical procedures. The role supports R&D and manufacturing processes, guaranteeing product quality at all stages of development and production. The candidate will work with a wide range of analytical techniques, maintain cGMP standards, and ensure data integrity in all laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments as per schedule.
Daily verification and monitoring of critical instruments such as balances, pH meters, Milli-Q water systems, hygro-meters, and refrigerators.
Conduct chemical and instrumental analyses using techniques like Wet Chemistry, HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, XRD, AAS, and other analytical methods.
Carry out in-process, intermediate, and finished product testing to support R&D and plant operations.
Prepare impurity standards, working standards, and primary reference standards.
Maintain strict adherence to cGMP guidelines and ensure data integrity across all laboratory processes.
Undertake additional activities as directed by the Head of Department (HOD) to support departmental needs.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree: B.Sc – Required, B.Pharm – Preferred
Master’s Degree: M.Sc or M.Pharm – Preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in analytical R&D (3–8 years preferred)
