We are seeking a Medical Imaging Officer to join our clinical operations team. The role involves handling and reviewing clinical trial imaging data, ensuring high-quality standards, supporting data analysis, and facilitating smooth trial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and optometry, with experience in central reading centers preferred.
Enter clinical trial data into electronic data capture systems and other data collection tools.
Conduct quality control and review of clinical trial images, including OCT, FFA, CFP, CT, MRI, and other imaging modalities.
Review CRFs, eCRFs, reports, and data listings for accuracy and completeness.
Assist clinical sites with uploading and managing clinical images.
Train site staff on imaging acquisition guidelines and best practices.
Support database lock, study closeout, and reconciliation activities.
Manage queries related to imaging data and participate in UAT for data collection and transfer systems.
Conduct ongoing review of patient data and documents to ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Maintain focus on data quality, audit readiness, and adherence to Clinical Compliance and Systems Validation requirements.
Assist in defining data capture requirements in alignment with study protocols and reporting guidelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry or equivalent field.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in clinical trials, optometry, or related fields.
Prior experience working in a Central Reading Center is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of clinical imaging modalities and data management processes.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, compliance-focused environment.
Fresher candidates with relevant internship/training in clinical trials or optometry may apply.
Preferred: 6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience in clinical trials, medical imaging, or central reading centers.
