Depending on the assigned role, you will:
Monitor and ensure participant safety, report adverse events, and contribute to high-quality patient safety outcomes.
Liaise with clinical trial sites, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure protocol adherence and compliance.
Review and interpret patient/clinical data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing) preferred.
Experience:
Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required.
Prior exposure to clinical research is an advantage (training provided).
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
