Your experience in patient care, clinical judgment, and understanding of healthcare workflows makes you ideal for roles such as:

Depending on the assigned role, you will:

  • Monitor and ensure participant safety, report adverse events, and contribute to high-quality patient safety outcomes.

  • Review and interpret patient/clinical data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing) preferred.

Experience:

  • Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required.

  • Prior exposure to clinical research is an advantage (training provided).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
