Nurse Services Manager II – Interventional Radiology

Location: Calabasas, CA
Salary Range: $157,400–$380,600 annually
Work Mode: On-site (with multi-site regional support)


Job Summary

UCLA Health is hiring a Nurse Services Manager II to oversee clinical and operational functions in Interventional Radiology (IR) across multiple Northern California regional sites. As a strategic and clinical leader, you will guide a multidisciplinary nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care, while advancing performance improvement, resource optimization, and compliance across locations such as Calabasas, Santa Clarita, and Encino. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for seasoned nurse leaders passionate about radiology and patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical, operational, and strategic oversight for Interventional Radiology nursing services

  • Ensure compliance with patient safety, regulatory, and professional standards

  • Manage staffing, resource planning, and budget performance

  • Guide clinical assessment, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across radiology sites

  • Mentor nursing staff and support professional development

  • Align care delivery with patient experience and organizational goals

  • Provide managerial support across UCLA IR clinics in the Northern Region


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid California RN license

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing or related healthcare field (MSN preferred)

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical or radiology setting

  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., CMS, TJC)

  • Knowledge of fiscal management, quality improvement, and evidence-based care

  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel across multiple regional radiology clinics
