Position Overview:
We are looking for a Nuclear Sales Manager who is passionate about nuclear medicine and making a positive impact on patients' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan that aligns with our company’s business goals, fostering relationships with clients, and driving sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales plan that meets or exceeds sales goals in coordination with the company’s business strategy, and update the plan quarterly.
  • Utilize market research and demographics to identify potential sales prospects and maximize opportunities to establish and nurture contract relationships.
  • Close new business and renew contracts to meet or exceed established sales goals.
  • Participate in the development and negotiation of contracts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, document interactions, and track the achievement of sales metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and current documentation of territorial sales activity and customer contact profiles.
  • Collaborate with other Nuclear Sales Managers on business plan objectives to ensure alignment and achievement of company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor of Science required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical sales, with a preference for experience in the radiopharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the medical industry, including sales, marketing, and business development
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales plans and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent sales negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering impactful sales and marketing presentations
